Parsivex offers four plan tiers. Every account starts on Free. Paid plans unlock full findings, recurring scans, alerts, remediation scripts, and higher usage limits.
Subscription prices on Pricing are shown in EUR for visitors in Europe and USD elsewhere. The table below uses USD for reference — see the pricing page for amounts in your region. At Stripe Checkout you can choose USD or EUR before paying. See Billing FAQ for how currency is determined and charged.
Choosing a plan takes you through sign-up and a free first scan before you subscribe.
The same entitlements are rendered live on the Pricing page and inside the app on the plan chooser at View plans. Both are generated from the plan matrix, so their values always match the tables below — they group the rows by area and fold each allowance into its capability (one Team seats row rather than a separate "Invite team members" row), while this article lists features and limits separately for reference.

Free accounts can run a scan and see their total potential monthly savings on the dashboard and report hero. Individual findings are blurred or hidden until you upgrade — see Free tier limits.
Starter includes recurring scans on a fixed monthly cadence — you cannot choose weekly frequency, day, time, or timezone. Monitoring adds schedule control, daily cost anomaly alerts, PDF export, public report sharing, and the cost assistant. See Scan schedule for cadence details.

Paid scan limits reset on the first day of each calendar month (UTC). The free tier includes a single lifetime scan — it does not reset monthly. See Billing FAQ for how usage is counted.
Which plan should I choose?
Free
Run one lifetime scan on a single AWS account. You see how much you could save overall, but the detailed findings list is gated. Good for evaluating Parsivex before committing.
Starter — $39/month
The entry-level paid plan for continuous monitoring on one AWS account. You get full findings, automatic monthly re-scans (fixed cadence — no schedule control), email alerts when new waste appears between scans, remediation scripts, and up to 4 scans per month. Starter does not include cost anomaly alerts, PDF export, public report sharing, or the cost assistant — upgrade to Monitoring when you need those.
Monitoring — $149/month
The recommended plan for full continuous cost control on one AWS account. Everything in Starter, plus custom scan schedule (weekly or monthly, your choice), daily cost anomaly alerts, PDF export, public report sharing, and the cost assistant — up to 20 scans per month.
Team Plan — $399/month
For organizations that need multiple AWS accounts, shared dashboards, and collaboration. Everything in Monitoring, plus daily waste scans, up to 5 AWS connections, 10 seats, 3 workspaces, Slack alerts, and 100 scans per month.
Upgrade or change plans
Every View plans link in the app opens the plan chooser at /upgrade, where Starter, Monitoring, and Team Plan sit side by side with their prices and what each includes. If you got there from a locked feature, the plans that unlock it are marked so you can see the cheapest one that covers you. Picking a plan hands off to Stripe — checkout if you are on Free, a subscription-update confirmation if you already subscribe.
You can also reach it from Billing → View plans (/settings/billing); Manage billing on that page still opens the Stripe portal for payment methods and invoices. You can move between plans at any time — Stripe prorates upgrades mid-cycle and applies downgrades according to its billing rules (typically at the end of the current period). New visitors who start from the Pricing page run a free first scan in onboarding before subscribing.
