Plans & billing

Parsivex has four plans — Free, Starter, Monitoring, and Team — and they differ in how much of the product keeps working after your first scan. Free is built around that first look: connect an account, run a scan, see what is being wasted. The paid plans add the parts that make cost control continuous, such as recurring scans, alerting, remediation scripts, and room for more accounts and teammates.

The plan comparison article is the authoritative side-by-side view. It lists every gated capability and every limit for all four plans, and it is kept in sync with the same entitlement definitions the product enforces — our tests fail if the two drift apart — so what you read there is what your account actually gets. If you are on Free and want to know precisely where the ceiling is, how many scans you get and which details are locked behind an upgrade prompt, the free tier limits article spells it out.

Billing questions are covered separately: changing or cancelling a plan through the Stripe customer portal, what a failed payment does to your account while the card is retried, and how downgrades take effect. Your scan history and reports stay in your account when a subscription ends — you lose the ongoing capabilities, not the record of what you already found. If a billing situation is not covered below, support can look at your account directly.
